  • Existing event professionals with sustainability competencies who wish to learn the correct process to undertake an audit. This can be for an internal/first party audit, a second party auditor (for example with the Sustainable Event Alliance), or those who wish to be a technical specialist with a third party audit team at a certifying body.
  • Existing management system auditors (e.g 14001 and 9001) who wish to have a refresher on auditing basics with ISO 20121 as the context.
